He was a university professor for another 10 years at UNOESC, having worked in civil engineering, industrial engineering, management, foreign trade and management courses. He also had another 10 years in civil construction and in the public sector, always working in technical or managerial positions.

Mário César Carneiro
Electrical Engineer and Bachelor in Business Management, with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Managing Partner of M2Jvip Consultoria e Engenharia Ltda, started his career at Copel – Companhia Paranaense de Energia, later migrating to Perdigão (currently BRF, created with the merger of Perdigão with Sadia) where he worked for 27 years in Engineering, Maintenance and Industrial Operations. For most of his career, he worked in the company’s Corporate Engineering Department, being responsible for the preparation and execution of the company’s expansion plans, projects for new lines and units (greenfields), in addition to managing the Maintenance and Utilities packages, mainly electric energy. He was also Regional Director of Operations at BRF in Santa Catarina, at that time the largest Regional of the company, being responsible for the agricultural and industrial operations of the units that were the birthplace of Sadia and Perdigão, with management focused on cost reduction, quality improvement and optimization of results, maintaining world-class indicators in occupational safety. He has solid knowledge of industrial processes, production flows, automation, equipment and management. He is a member of the Board of Directors certified by the IBGC, having worked for several years as a member of the Cooperativa de Crédito CrediBRF.
